I won't blam this. However you've made alot of games so I'm going to be a bit more harsh based off the factor of experience.
The Good:
-Clean gameplay: I really don't see any glitches and the game performs smoothly
-Ragdoll kills: Whats not to like about dying ragdolls
The Bad:
-Its BORING: I litterally hit every target without effort levels 1-3 and I'm just sitting ther the rest of time because these ragdolls can't hurt me. The only thing that was in the way was reloading.
-No premise: Except I'm an elite sniper and I must kill these ragdolls.....please give me some plot.
Maybe these ragdolls killed my wife or taken my kids hostage and the only way to save them is by blood...

Terrorists are attacking the harbor and it's up to you to defend the coast in this first-person shooter game. Lock and load, then take aim as you shoot as many terrorists as possible. The more enemies you kill, the more points you will gain. Once you have taken out enough enemies, you will advance to the next level.
