My entry for Ludum Dare 31.
an action game about a guy who want to be alone in his peaceful place.
But destiny is against him ^^.
Two armies want to fight in his place, it's the secret path of some assassins and some barbarian join in...
This is a mess. The graphics are bare and boring, the action is slow and clunky, and the controls are busted - the player character continues moving after you let go of the key! Speaking of which, WASD is rather awkward for me - at least have an alternate control scheme (preferably the arrow keys, which a lot of people use). Finally, the story is laughable and presented in a rather stupid way - just plain text?
Frankly, you need a lot of improvement.
A fight without end. Or purpose. Or variety.
