A police patrol runs as fast as The Flash? that doesn't make sense. It was decently animated but the audio was poor and it wasn't very funny.

that's why i made sure that the police said the flash was going 100 miles/hour so it seems a little realistic, flash doesn't need to be going super fast all the time :p

again, this needs a preloader and a play/replay thing/button....
but it is good, and very well animated.
