The story of a child and his deceased father. Some things in life are a part of who you are. Where do you place your hope?
My first real animation, all feedback appreciated! This animation was created for my honours project to explore the potential of applying auteur theory to orthodox animation.
The story, theme, ideas are all very close and personal to me and I hoped to convey these elements as best as I could visually conceive them.

Humility is always a good thing, keep it up this was a fine simple animation
Not enough time to get to know the deceased.
But the emotion could still be felt.

It doesn't look half bad but there seemed to be a problem with the audio: there's none.
