"the miner and the king " is a game for ludum dare 29 theme "beneath the surface " , the games was made in the first day .
there was actually a whole story that describe the levels in a narrative way but it was removed due to the lack of time :(
controls :
W , A ,S ,D movements
G + direction ==> dig
H ==> add block (starts from level 6)
j ==> shoots stones (starts from level 10)
you can press r to reset if you got stuck
in level 11 and 12 you have to collect at least 10 diamonds to proceed

Simple graphics, but game itself pretty good and challenging
No matter what I do, I can't seem to proceed from level 0.

I think I'm missing something. Can't get past lvl 0. Can dig whatever I want, but no diamonds pop up, and leaving the screen leads to a restart. I tried removing the ground layer really careful, but one mistake and you're dead and it didn't seem to yield a result anyways.
