Not bad, I like how the animation looks and the character.
The animation wasn't the worst thing in the world, maybe you should've made it a bit smoother with more frames, and the lip sync was okay. But here's a word of advice - don't post exercises/tests like these. Doesn't really belong on newgrounds, especially this. Sorry.
