Needs work. If this is just practice, I could understand the quality, but you can do better.

i like where you were going with the joke, and i think you could of play with it a little more but what really got me was the transitions between scenes you did a good job with it and thats what pull my attention to the video

lol that was funny but you may want to improve on the art style because this looks a little rushed but it was a cool effort!
