In Hydranought, the follow-up to Ultranought, you have control over a powerful warbase. Battle the races of Xyth to gain access to their technology and use it to conquer the galaxy.

Hydranought features a detailed skill system that allows you to boost various aspectes of the technology you have access to. This includes one passive and two active skills and 4 ships with varying abilities per race (and there are 8 races). Battle opponents of varying difficulties across 17 areas.

I love the way the game looks and you have an in-depth experience system. But that's about it. The experience system itself is repeated for ever "race" and the auto build should be an auto pilot for this game. In my opinion if you are willing to sit through long enough of this you should at least get some sense of reward.

The Idea behind this Game is good. But the Gameplaz itself... is extremely repeating. Gets extremely boring after 10 Minutes. But again: The idea is superb. Stay crunchy.

the concept of the game is impressive, but the gameplay itself is tedious and boring, spam units, win, fight the same dudes like 5 times the same way, then go spam units at the other 7 races for 4 hours straight... ugh

An alright game. It kind of gets too easy though. Upgrade everything even and kick all abilities into auto and you'll win almost every time. You still have to do a little farming to make it work properly though.

Good idea, but you get more experience getting defeated. Mmmm.
For those who want a "fast start", get defeated twice from all the races, then use the experience to unlock at least a ship and the energy generation. After that in combat, auto create ships and upgrade the maximum of energy while you fight.
