this is though but still playable, it is hard to see what the par score is on the higher levels but that is somewhat the point isnt it?

Cut the ropes to get the penguins to reach the blocks of same color. You can even cut ice blocks to accomplish the challenges. Remember that one block can only clear one penguin and that means you might have to split the blocks to meet your needs. The fewer cuts you use, the more stars you get.
