Im not sure why people complain so much. You can adjust the camera with the number keys. Cam 2 and 4 are ok. Regarding the handling: yes its bad but far from unplayable. Ok game.

Play this funny Speed City 3D game. Drive with fun little cars around different tracks. Race with taxi cars or police cars. Beat the opponent racers and grab the power ups for more speed.

this game is awsome
The controls in this game are awful. The car sways everywhere, and the camera is just terrible.
It is OK. The view is really bad though.
