Good game, So smilliar GTA: SAN ANDREAS
If not this one, I remember some drive by game similar to it. Not half bad when compared to similar games of this time.
Not as bad as the other random killing spree games, had some class. You actually had to aim at moving targets, and the police tried to stop you at random intervals. It needs some more obstacles besides the car alone.
