Very original gameplay. It needs a little more variety, though.

This game happens in a moody world, where sad angry bubbles reproduce themselves in a chain reaction. Your mission is to turn them into happy ones, (by clicking on them), and stop the moody proliferation.
Cut the bad temper, make the world a happier place to live! (as a green smiling bubble!)

Spot on! Sounds cheery, looks pretty. Perhaps you might like to add a save point, so one can resume after the highest attained level, unless there's some design purpose to not doing so at all.
Not the most original idea, but it is fun. Extremely hard with a mouse pad though. nice job with the designing. EVERYTHINGS SO HAPPYYYYY!! ... ew lolol jk good job
it was quite a bore, it needs some fine tuning
