Dialogue generally needs more frames than the intro. Additionally, you should try actually animating, making small changes between each 'slide' that you've got going on here. Add a little bit of sound, etc. As it stands now, this is more of a PowerPoint presentation with vector graphics.

For your first animation, this was really good. It was definitely better than my first animation from way back when (and does not exist anymore). I love your drawing style it's really awesome, and if you work hard at it, I know you will be an amazing animator. Keep at it!
