My first original animation! Oh my have I learned a lot from this one. The answer is yes, I have. Try not to make the music AFTER you make the animation. Also the music doesn't really seem to fit it, maybe a bit too serious? There was some dumb audio errors with the music and sound effects, yadda yadda. I'm gonna move on to my next project now, with a bunch of little projects throughout.
I don't know what that music cutting out at the end was all about. I was considering if I should upload it or not because of that.
Next things I'll improve on: Backgrounds, voicing, music, timing, tone, audio in general, etc.

For your first original animation, this is actually very good. However, it could use a preloader. You can find a Newgrounds preloader in the "NG Flash Loaders" section here: http://www.newgrounds.com/downloads/p reloaders/
They're easy to use, you just stick them in the first frame of your animation and it works.
The character design was simple but effective, as was the frame-by-frame animation, which I will say is very smooth. You did a very good job on the frame-by-frame animation of the nails, and I see you even managed to animate staggers well.
You did a good job on the backgrounds. As simplistic as they are, they fit the mood of the movie.
Overall, the concept was nice and the frame-by-frame animation was smooth and fluent. I look forward to seeing more cartoons from you.

Thanks for the critique as well! I'll be trying to improve as much as I can, and learn about Newgrounds as much as I can, it shouldn't take me too long to learn this site.
