I can't tell if I'm enjoying this or aggravated to the point of lunacy but thats what I find appealing about puzzles
i like the game, but is there any way to shut the guy up when you make your first pair of cards all i get is the same damn instructions after i make another pair of cards

You mean the speech when Salary Man says 'pair' or 'combo'?
You can turn off sound on the titlescreen - hit the options button in the bottom left corner :)
This is by far the most enjoyable game of memory I've ever played! It's challenging, addictive, and fun!
