Okay, the momentum in this game is awesome. I love that you sorta skid about... really adds a new dimension of challenge. This game is really fun and I like the minimal, "classic" look to it. The difficulty curve is perfect. 4.5 stars because sometimes stars would spawn inside/on top of asteroids.

So after a week's work, here is my first completed flash game: Astravoid.
The object of the game is to maneuver a flying saucer through an endless asteroid field for as long as possible. You can collect stars to earn additional points, or if you're lucky, earn additional lives. You start with 3 lives; lose them all and it's game over.
The game gets faster the longer you play, so before too long you'll be needing insane reactions to avoid all those asteroids!
Use the arrow keys or WASD keys to move the saucer.
Cool. Classic yet Addictive.
WSAD or ARROWS you said!? |:L Uhm! @gmmatthew- Next time try to do it on mouse. Will be BETTER, cause spaceship movement is terrible and craft is like a 'havy' on cursors.
