This game needs to be greatly revised.
Visually it's fine, the fighter design is okay, though I don't know enough about Mexican politics to say if the caricatures or powers fit the personalities of the people involved. I would also like to see more arenas, perhaps character-specific ones.
Mechanically, it is very poor. I like the number of different moves available, but there isn't much of a challenge because for each move you make (single button press) the opponent makes a counter move. Your character blocks, and the opponent will throw punches until you let go of the button. Once you get close enough, either one or both of you take damage, and it is always the result of the player's button press. The AI never does anything without prompting, and enough experimentation led me to find a specific move to give damage without taking it and beat the level.
Another aspect of fighting that is lacking is the fact that only one move can be active at a time. This is especially blatant with ranged attacks (such as the "X" button move with the female fighter), if you shoot your opponent and press another button, it ends the animation, so these moves can't really be used.
Finally, I found it impossible to die in this game. Even if the computer won the back-and-forth button spamming and drained my health bar, I could still press other buttons to attack them and there was no "game over" or "you lose" result, I was just allowed to keep attacking until the other fighter's health bar was drained, then I won and went to the next level. This was visually kind of funny because as "Enrique" you end up floating around on your back in a sort of death/defeat pose but you can still fight and it's very glitchy overall.
To conclude, there are some bones here, which could be used to build a fun little political fighting game. In the current state, it is sort of playable but not really worth playing because the only challenge is figuring out the right move that the rival doesn't have a good counter for; and there is no real way to lose.
