You could try to make it less obvious that you had followed the tutorial for making the game from Kongregate, like adding some of your own artwork maybe?

Not a bad game. Very enjoyable and fun to play, I also a very good fan of classic games. The art was very nice and different. I would suggest however that you would re-post this under games, instead of Videos. Otherwise I feel that you are going to get a lot of people saying the same thing in more of a hateful type of way. But again a very nice game. Keep up the good work.
