Happy Valentines Day!
Okay, its a smug and sort of funny message for Valintines day.
Not the greatest, just shy of being mid range.
At least out of 11 or 12 flash movies I saw under judgement today, your animation is not horrid.
It was kinda fluid in its motions, maybe more of a story or plot, who something interesting to look at for more than 2 seconds. Try for something longer next time.

Pfeh. I thought it was cute the first loop, but when I discovered it doesn't stop, that "deal with it" single part became annoying. I ended up right-clicking it and clicking on the checked "play" button to stop this nuisance cold.
One thing I can say: Animate the mouth much better.
