Meh.
Honestly the ending didn't feel rushed to me. No more than the rest of the movie, really. The biggest problem was the overzealous music. Sometimes I couldn't hear the dialogue and that's always a definite no-no.
Comedic timing was actually o-k. It suffered from mediocre jokes. Some research for a better sense of what most people find funny would make your movies a lot better.
The entire movie suffered from a general lack of cohesion. The movie is intended to begin a series and it should feel that way. The general plot of the series and a general feeling of what should be expected should be present. We need to be curious, and amused enough. Seemed to rely too heavily on silliness and anime tropes, not enough on genuinely entertaining situations.
The characters were also kind of cliche. Some research into how people really behave and how human dialogue really flows would do you a lot of good also.
You're probably already aware that you do not have the best animation skills yet so I won't go into that.
I don't want you to feel discouraged though, there's real potential here. The elements are lacking in a lot of ways but as long as you're not afraid of your own subject matter you could probably make it work.
