+ Message. I agree that sometime Flash just doesn't do what it is supposed to. Maybe a lot of the time its me, but no, not always. Sound is my great bugbear. It just doesn't work properly!
+ sound good and clear.
+ Lip sync good, otherwise lackign in animation. The odd movement of the rest of your face would make all the difference- a blink, a smile- anything.
Art Ok, but limited
Otherwise its a bit simple and crude

This has potential to be something great. Just keep working on it and you'll be a good one in the future. Looking forward to seeing what you do in the future. Compared to many other noobs, you are in the upper-tier of the competition.
