I really like the concept in this one - it's good to see something new, not just yet another rehash of worn-out old ideas in a new packaging. The austere, stylized graphics fit the game very well, too, as did the music, so all in all, it could be a favorite.
COULD be, that is. The reason it's NOT ACTUALLY is that some of the levels are just too frustrating. Level 15 ("10 Shots") took me far longer than it should have, although I got lucky in the end; and level 17 ("Overweight") seems nigh impossible. I've worked on it for quite a while, but I've not managed to beat it, and what's more, whatever fun I had has just turned into frustration.
The game definitely needs a "mulligan" option or "skip" button, or - better yet - more balanced levels. Instead of making the levels progressively more difficult, it would've been better if you'd just made them more varied while retaining the same general difficulty. For an example of a game that does this well, check out ClickPLAY! (and its sequels).
I'm subtracting two stars for the frustration. Really, ruining the fun is about the worst thing a game can do, even if it's lovely otherwise.
