gotta say, i've never liked games with this control scheme. it's even worse on laptops. combine it with the fact that this game is a memory hog--something i both remember back from when i first played it and can still confirm now--and force some wonderful lag down your throat if you forget to refresh every so often between levels, and you make for what ain't exactly the most pleasant of experiences.
i could groove on a bit of the soundtrack, and that certainly sucked me in until i started dragging enough to remember that i was once again playing such a tetchy game that i couldn't wait until the stage ended. and even then it didn't always save my progress like it should've, so then i'd have to go back and play it all over again... if i was really dead set on getting through the game. that's pretty sad.
