Story of the Blanks

Story of the Blanks is a short creepypasta fangame created in Adobe Flash. It was created for a game developing contest at Equestria Gaming
( http://www.equestriagaming.com/2011/06/creepypasta-game-contest.html )

The game is constrained to use genuine NES graphics and graphical limitations (down to the very 8 sprites per line limitation). Most if not all the music in the game was created by various people using famitracker (a NES/famicon tracker).

The excellent music was made by

I remember this game coming out a while ago (when I was a bigger part of the brony community), yet I was only 11 so I was too afraid to play! Its a great game and its quite nostalgic :3

Nice but soundtrack is a bit grating. Maybe look at the Nitrome website for ideas

It's a decent game... what little I had the patience to play. The fact that you can not skip the dialogue and you're almost sure to have to restart the section right after you leave the shack multiple times is kind of a buzz kill. If you're going to do that, I'd suggest it saving your place after every creature, so you don't need to try to pass it again, give you health bars as opposed to a one hit kill, or simply give you a button to skip dialogue. Cause it looked awesome but... I don't feel like going through the same text boxes 50 times.
