Wow, this is horrible. The music is pretty much the only thing that is likable. The graphics need improvement (Are the enemies riding flying elephants?) as do the controls.

for a first game it was pretty good although the movements were a little hard to control and slow it was pretty good.

It´s not bad

Use an Key.isDown event instead of keypress.
The keypress event is not very good for fluid movements, its more for key shortcuts.
