I decided to experiment with a different, simpler style using the pencil tool and motion tweens. As well as this, I made it for my sister's birthday, she loves ninjas.

I liked it because the animation was smooth. And the character movements where well defined and you included sound effects.
To improve try to have camera movements and bring in other people, maybe make the background a bit more exiting.
Too short.
Too short, and the animation isn't that great.
If it were a test than it would pass, but no, if you expect this to pass you've got another thing coming.
You could make it go longer, or at least go on to another battle, but no it's what, 20 seconds of two ninjas jabbing at one another until one of them gets lucky and lands a hit.
