Wow....there was a lot of stuff.
What a MEGApiece of animation effort.
Not much to say because there isn't sound at the moment.
Purely looking at the animation, there is some pretty wicked scenes of him kicking another person. There are some not so smooth scenes of people bouncing along strangely....also the movie moves very quickly and I didn't have a context of the area. Haha I love the woman waving him off....I could hear the music in my head for that one, just that really sad yet hopeful japanese flute and stringed instruments.
Details:
- The story is a little confusing, because the whole animation runs too quickly. This is a good thing, because now you can go over it again and pause some of the action to take in the scene, also once the sound is in....it should help the story a little bit more.
- the colours are vibrant and colourful...and detailed in a lot of places.
- the animation needs a little fine tuning in some areas and is completely OKAY in others.
- stay more consistant with the art style as well, a little jarring going from amazing oriental loook....to a weird DAD's HOME style. If you are trying for the anime look, which has the over the top chibi characters in scenes....remember they have the lesser looking artwork when people are thinking something, or to add extra humour on the odd occassion...I felt the change of art style didn't suite with your painstakingly drawn pictures.
Sound added and I will watch again :)
