Choose your car and set the ramp. Then hold down the mouse button to accelerate. Let go of the button to slow down.
Smash the STAR cars to collect them.
Destroying the stack with a nice car earns you more style points.

It seems that getting 100% itself causes a serious bug in your game. Also, I'm confused why you would go through all the trouble of having an RPM gauge when all you do is "hold mouse" or "don't hold mouse".
