Ooh, not bad

This game had fairly mediocre graphics, but the gameplay wasn't half bad. The best thing was probably how you could move around so freely. You did not have to find any of the enemies if you did not want to. Granted, I doubt that avoding them would give you a higher score than people who directly fight them. Anyway, the sounds were fairly good. There were a lot of newspaper articles and the first one says, "METRO CITY, Saturday - It looks like citizens of Metro City has one less problem to forget: Meet Captain Asdf, the city's latest crime-busting Superhero!". I'd tell more, but that would not be helpful.

The controls are easy to understand especially the fighting moves. It helps that I am a fast typist. I thought it was funny how I knocked out an old lady simply by pressing "D". This could use more detail and variety. It's hard to tell if it's worth recommending.

Fun game!

Fun game! A few things that can be improved upon are:
1. the running animation. It was awkward, not much more I can add to that
2. the background graphics didn't fit the style of the runner and vice versa
3. Needs a pause feature
4. Lastly, the objects would disappear instantly when the hit their register point (center).

The game needs a little more something to it to make it more fun but not bad!

Fun, but bugged up the ass.

I like the concept and it was kinda fun. There are big problems though, which should have been caught before submission.
First off, the super move (activated by enter) confuses the hell out of me. You can ignore this complaint if you wish, because I might just be stupid.
On to the gamebreaking glitches.
Sometimes when you retry a level it has you fighting an enemy right away. No matter whether you input the code or not, the game freezes.
Also, when I did stage one of level two it took me straight to the boss. I defeated him and the other three stages wouldn't load.
Gave you a 5 anyway, because it deserves to get through.
