This is okay for a game you did when you were bored, but please try to put a bit more effort into it. It isn't impossible, it just takes some getting used to. Sadly, it just isn't interesting enough to take the time to do so.

where should I start? Well firstly theres no game over if you go off screen. At one point it scrolled down faster than anyone could possibly keep up with. Oh and after reaching the end of the up stage (which I could only reach because of the lack of game over) I went over the wall never to be seen again.

There already exist like, a million of this games, only difference is that this one goes up too.

Uninspiring

The concept is unoriginal, it looks pretty awful and it doesn't actually work properly; if you go off the screen for too long, you should die, the game shouldn't just keep scrolling while you fumble around.
Ultimately, this is a question of effort. If you want to take an old, used concept, then give it something to set it apart from other versions. For a start, you can add some graphics which use more than 4 colours. I'm sure you can do better.
