although it seems weird you need a wrench which is on top of a building
The item combinations do not work
Simply put, when I tried to get the tire and pump with the cord, it did the whole combination of making the pump then the filled tire, tried it on the bike, the character just shrugs. You need to test your combination and item detection better.
