it has an excellent concept, and for a simple game, its not bad at all. but its monotonous, and very retro(which is not in itself a bad thing). with improvement, this could be awesome

This is an entry for an old GOTW (Game of the week) competition I did for Kongregate. Just thought I'd upload it to see if it would be worth making better and reskinning to perhaps make a larger and more full game.
Ok, Fairly fun however a little frustrating
I definetly liked the concept of the game (and my background music helped a lot :) ) but I found a couple things very annoying if you were going to make it into a full game.
Most importantly 8 directional movement instead of 4 would make the game much more enjoyable because in my opinion it seems more natrual for this style of game. Also maybe a breif explanation of what the goal is and what the colored cubes are for would be very helpful. And with these changes the pace of the game should be increased over time. Overall I liked this game :)
