there is not enough feedback during gameplay, though. such as audio feedback when getting coins in the air (some kind of coin clainking would be nice), nor any audio feedback when you jump or land. walking audio feedback, and gravity flipping (warp sound or something). spashing in water, boinging on jump points, splatting on spikes.
i feel no incentive to get coins a counter for each coin obtained might help with that. i am unsure how to solve this problem, other than adding a counter/score.
it is well made in that it has no bugs as far as i can see.
this game has character. that's what i like about it. i noticed if you stand idle he goes to sleep. the music score is fun. the art is simple, and decently attractive. the color is great.
assumming this is a practice game in a sense until you make your best so i don't expect a lot out of it. it's good for what it is.
