I can only give you a bit of advice- Make sure you properly erase ALL the background around the images. Secondly, always use a preloader- that's very important. Third, using text for speech is a great way to get blammed, try finding a few voice actors and a lesson on how to lip-sync.

Improvement means working... not just copying a few images from the internet and moving them with a few motion tweens. Improvement means drawing and shaping and cleaning and so on... not just copy, paste, and move.
