Diamonds Diamonds is a logic game. Goal is to find all color diamonds in each level, but not black diamonds. If you click on card, it is turned and color diamond with number is displayed. Number indicates, how many color diamonds are around this card. Number 8 is the biggest, and it means that all cards around are safe - without black diamond - and you can click on them. If number is smaller, be careful, one or more of the surrounding cards contains black diamonds. Realise, that on the edge of the board, bigest number is not 8, but 5(only cards arounds are counts). And on the corners, biggest number is 3.

If you will click on card with black diamond, you will lost one life. You start with 3 lives. During gameplay, you can get more lives.
Game has three difficulty modes. Difficulty is increasing during playing of levels. Each color diamond give to Player different score. At the end, player can submit score to leadboard.

I enjoyed this, and think it needs to be rated more highly, but there are a few critical features missing. 8s should, as previously suggested, automatically reveal their adjacent tiles, as it does in minesweeper.

More importantly, however, there needs to be a ticking sound when you're running out of time, so that the player is aware they need to close the gap before being hit upside the head with a game over.

Lastly, as the game progressed, I was experiencing a bit of slowdown, and it was like my cursor was on ice, but I don't see any other mention of that in the reviews thus far, so it might be on my side for some reason.

Great minesweeper clone, I hope you improve it even more!

I dunno about this.

It seems like it lacks a crucial feature: Most of the time playing this game is spent unchecking the squares around the 8-diamonds, only to uncover more 8-diamonds. The game even states that you can safely uncheck all squares around the 8's without a fear of losing a life.

If I uncover the 8-diamonds all the time, why couldn't the game check the squares around it for me? Checking those damn squares becomes nothing but a chore, and the game loses its appeal.

But it was a fun game for a while. Make a new version with prettier diamonds, some nice backgrounds while you play, a more comprehensive interactive tutorial and the feature I mentioned added in.
