this game may be old but the art style is absolutely amazing, its a shame it never got more attention

Your goal is to supply the sad people with cuddly pink pandas so that they become loving and happy! Launch your pandas from the PandaCannon and spread the joy!
Instructions:
Click and hold to charge the PandaCannon.
Release to launch a panda.
When all the people are happy you have won!
Press reset if you run out of pandas.
