Fun, for a while.
I have seen some Flash games with 3D graphics before, so it isn't so much new as it is uncommon. That doesn't mean that it looks bad, mind you, they still look good - I'm just saying that these aren't the best 3D graphics I've seen. The gameplay is consistent and fun, the tracks are simple and beautifully-crafted, and the controls are iffy, but manageable. The option to choose your color is a nice touch, as are the online leaderboards and unlocks. Quality options show that you are considerate about other people and respect their choice of machine, which I applaud you for. The music is a mixed bag with some good tunes and a few annoying ones, but it goes well with the game.
If there's something that does need improvement however, it is the controls, which felt a bit unresponsive and sluggish at times. The AI itself is okay, but it doesn't feel like a challenge after a while - adding difficulty levels and time trials would definitely add to that feeling of competition. Many car racing games also feature modification of the vehicle to make it faster or handle better, and I see a big area for that with this game. Another thing to improve is the map, which was a nice addition, but it could stand to be less obstructive.
Still a fun game if you have some time to kill, so it's definitely worth a go.
