In 80-s years, in Wyoming state unknown hacker hikeked TV channel and put a creepy-hypnotic(not really) video, after which lots of of the viewers had feelings like they got-high... Well ill give you some points for random and you did put it together so there was some effort, but it could be cleaned up with somewhat less randomness, and more funny ideas and less on the flashy style make it more calm and collected so its not so scary at first

I think there was to much time watching the tv with the same screen all the time. Became kind of booring. The story was good, but 2 much tv + better animation would also help
