the simple "play" mechanism is glitched. the fish are not layered properly, and it is just not funny...

This is a random video about some strangle purple fish dancing. I know the video is crazy and not very well animated but its still fun to watch.

Why submit it again? You could better try to improve and make a video with a story, and some better characters. Nice try though.
