Interesting Start
I see what you were going for with this game just could us a lil tweeking.
You shouldn't have the action so close up in a game like this, back out the
skier a bit with the background to give a lil more room to look around, as for the graphics, that just comes with time and practice so i can't dock you for that.
Bug fixes = Must, The turret reacted well to where the cursor was pointing just none of the bullets would follow the direction of the shooting, just got stuck shooting a single direction the entire time. And finally even tho the bullets looked like they were hitting a number of the obstacles the objects never got destroyed. I played it a second time and the reactions seemed to be a bit better but not by much so maybe some corrective scripting would help out.
all in all, keep it up, you're well on your way and doing a good job if just a beginner.
