What a Mess

This is our first hidden objects game developed with my team, I hope you guys like it. Constructive criticism is always appreciated since we're new at flash game making and any useful tip will be taken into consideration.

Note: Since the items are quite small and blend in with the background, the best way to play this game is in its original resolution (800x752). Downsizing might end up making the game harder to play.

hmmm...

i'm not gonna say that it's bad, but i'm going to agree on what captainsmug wrote. the 3 second drum was getting pretty anoying after hearing it 10 times. and also adding more stuff doesn't make it that much harder, it even makes it easier in my opinion. what would make it easier is putting the items on another, harder to spot area, make them blend in more. having a time limit is ok, and shortening it on a higher level as well, but it's too long.
overall, still good for the younger ones.

All your observations are valid, thanks for your suggestions and I'll make sure I take them into account on our next game.

I should've mentioned before that this game was first and foremost aimed for my site (you can check it out in the preloader, I'm not sure if I can link here) which has very young audiences, so if it seems too easy for you guys it's probably just right for 10-12 year olds. Cheers!

fun

great graphics, really cute. needs more levels though.

Meh

To me, it was just too easy. With five hints and eight minutes to find everything, it simply didn't challenge me. Plus, there really should be a music changer. The idea was good, but the execution wasn't.

Alright

While looped music isn't necessarily a bad thing, a 3 second drum loop very quickly became annoying. There wasn't really a change in difficulty between the easy/medium/hard settings, because adding extra items just meant there were more to be found early on when you can see objects all over the picture - generally it's only the last 3 or 4 which require a bit more concentration to spot, and that was pretty consistent. An okay game on the whole
