This isn't meant for experts in flash, because its very simple. This is meant for people who are just beginning flash that want to create games.
It was originally meant for my friend, but I decided to make it for everyone. It is a little hard to understand once you get to walls, so any comments on how to fix it or questions you have would gladly be appreciated.

P.S. Also, the preloader doesn't have the actual title of the game. That was done on purpose, or I would have changed it.
UPDATE: Code for boundaries fixed. You don't have to worry about it anymore.

Great music that went with this one Some nice usefull tips and how to push them forward in flash as you have here, you ahve some good ideas and you put them in here while some are basic and some are more advanced its all about teaching the younger people wanting to learn and thats basicly how these helped out.

thanks a ton! this is the only tutorial on making walls that works for me, I can finally finish my platformer, but one thing I still don't understand is why my character seems too sink a little bit into the ground and walls sometimes
That all depends on the variable of how high or fast the character is jumping or moving. Send me ur code i may be able to fix it

A 'back' button that goes back just one step would be nice though instead of right clicking and pressing 'back' all the time
