It's not bad for animation, but it may cause a seizure to some people. The music is either really choppy it was made like that, not so good. Umm, yeah.

The title caught my attention, but the dancing dollar sign doesn't make sense. If you want to do more of this, create more scenes and not do a loop. You will keep people's attention longer. Also, you may want to put down a seisue warning.
