I really do. I think the more retarded the funnier, as long as it's not "Epic Movie" retarded. I honestly thought this was funny.

I can't say much about this. I enjoy the character name but other than that, there isn't much else that you introduced here. You should have at least added some sound effects, or even better some dialogue to go along with a storyline. This really doesn't make me want to wait for the series that you are going to make about him.
