Minor details...

What should be the darkest lines on the pleated skirts are actually transparent. Doublecheck your mask/transparencys.

As a sugestion; since this seems to actually be themed towards young girls, they usually want to imagine they're dressing themselves and a skin color option would let them visualize it. (since they are not all caucasion ;] )

Nice style overall, very girl friendly. Good to see a dress-up that actively changes the z-order so you can decide what overlaps.

Nothing new, spectacular, original, special... it's a cut and paste dress-up game.

It's fine if you just HAD to make one.
Your only real plus is that the graphics weren't terrible like I've seen in others.

Not bad

Outfits were basic and for the most part matched, and the girl herself didn't look too bad (even if the hot pink was jarring against pale skin, too bright). The shoes on the bottom, right though... what were they supposed to be? Slippers? Sandals? They looked odd.
