Halloween is coming up, and due to me having to much time on my hands, I decided to record some "scary" stories I found on the internet.
This isn't animation - it's just an hour of ghost stories. There's nothing to look at at all, other than a title image.
Also, I didn't write any of these stories - I just read things I found posted on the internet.
I had to reduce the audio quality to get under the 10MB limit - for higher quality audio, the mp3s are available on my website, www.NathanielJones.com
Edit: I noticed that when you click on the last 8 chapters, it seems to load the scene but no sound comes out. All the sounds are there when you play through the whole thing, but something is going wrong with those buttons, even though the actionscript is exactly the same as on the first 6 buttons. Any ideas why? My google-fu isn't finding an answer for me.

I thought it was alright but I did not hear any audio from 8-12. Also was back ground music for that first one from the Watchmen movie?

It's different, and just in season.
This is kind of cool. Still listening to it now, I'll probably go through most of it to fill quiet hours. The audio quality makes some of these hard to follow, though.
this is just nothing more
than an audio book with a flash interface... I expect it will pass subnmission and get decent scores, but this requires no real flash skill, just enough to read into a mic and create the interface.
I don't say this to be insulting but I would have found it much more interesting if the stories were illustrated, animated, interactive.... anything really that utiliized flashes interactive capabailities.
Also, the story # 1 would not start for me. But a couple others began. I didn't listen to them because its not the kind of thing I come to ng for. I look for technically interesting flash work, new creative twists on old genres, great art, animation, gameplay, etc... none of which are to be found here.
Not this this is bad per se, its just * as a use of flash * it is leaves me cold stone bored.
