i am a big fan of dane myself (especially annoying orange). i think you did a very good job of recreating one of his matchups!! plus, did you see the marshmellow peep thing? HILARIOUS!!

I really like Daneboe's Video Game Mashup Series. This is my take on it. It's a tribute more then anything else.
Aww geez.
Now see, when I saw the little preview icon of this video, Kirby seemed to be holding the whip. So I thought this was gonna be Kirby kicking ass in a Castlevania game, as such mash-ups are called 'VS', and of course the main character of Castlevania isn't named 'Castlevania'. :P But logic led me astray apparently.
The video plays and I'm like oh nice it even shows us how Kirby gets the whip! It's a powerup he gets by absorbing Belmont! Not only that but the visual quality seems great! Awesome.
...But it turns out that was the entire video. It was like 7 seconds.
Honestly this felt like an intro to me that should have led into something much bigger and cooler.
If you had intended to make a fight video between the characters, you probably should have had them actually -fight-, not just Belmont getting rapidly eaten, and then the end.
So in summary, lots of potential and it seemed like a good start, but all it -is- is that good start. Play around with the idea more, man!

I was going along with daneboe's format of just making quick little shorts for fun, but since you and several other people are pointing out that it's too short, and that you see potential in it, I may make a sequel. If I do that I promise it will be Kirby Vs. multiple Castlevania creatures/characters.
And again I was summarizing with game titles like daneboe does (Ex: Contra Vs. Duck Hunt), so sorry if you felt deceived. Thank you very much for your feedback. I really appreciate it and will keep in it mind.
short but effective
i like short flashes but this was a little too short for my taste, but it seemed like the perfect length for the joke, the only thing is the joke has probably been done before. Or at least its been done in my head a dozen times liked it though the whip sound really brought it out
