Brilliant but only slightly innovative.

Okay, so I AM biased because I love a good TD game. And I did beat it after about a half-dozen plays. Level 39 is the hardest, IMHO. Tip: you have to be willing to sell some towers if you feel you need to upgrade or switch out your defenses. Keep an eye on what's coming. And for sure, leave the auto-wave off! Then you'll have time to think and plan.

Okay, about the game: Sweet graphics. Nice variety of enemies and enemy capabilities (man, heal and freeze are bitch). Decent choice of towers, very low gold accumulation -- of course, that's what makes it hard.

In the end, of course, it IS "just" another TD game -- but the difficulty and the reward of the beta invite are what set it apart. Very nice.

I didnt care much for it it was kinda just another one of those run of the mill tower defences. A few unique things.. Run of the mill though.

Noobs

I beat it and already made my own TD in the last hour. Big whoop.

The game has some problems. The novel use of mana and various special abilities is nice, but only having one mana burn tower and little variety in the other towers is not so nice. The extremely limited building space and near uselessness of ground only, air only, and stun towers also limits it. There are 4 main towers and like 6-7 possible places to put them. The rest is just finding the correct order to do it in.

The other downside is that this game engine is so limiting that all of the TDs that come out of it are identical except for art re-skinning and some minor tweaks to various numbers. It's really not possible to make anything with much variety.

But, this game is playable and has a few unique aspects. It even takes a bit of strategy to figure out what works and what doesn't to beat it. 6/10 3/5 Not bad.

Wow

Nice Game! The idea for some enemies having abilities made it challenging, but fun. I managed to beat it using lv. 3 Death Splatters and lv. 1 Life Forces. I wonder if anyone can beat this without missing a single enemy?

great fun

very cool game, probably the best TD game i've played, really nice graphics and the gameplay is brilliant.

The only negative thing i can say about this is that the music gets a bit repetitive but other then that its pretty much perfect

and i don't know what people are on about saying it's too hard, sure it's a bit difficult but that's what makes a game good, you have to actually try to win
