Well...

To be fair, i give you 6/10 and 3/5 stars.
Why? Well, the idea is pretty good. But the graphics look terrible. Bowser and Bowser 1 look good, but the Background and Tileset look like crap.
My improvement(s) : Change the Tileset to SMB-Tilesets and add some sound effects. And, you're not in a hurry, check the title for spelling mistakes. (Bpwser)
Try again, and it'll be awesome.

I can tell that some effort has gone into this flash overall...However, there should be some distinction between the two bowsers, as in who is Bpwser and who is Bowser. Also, a bit more plot development wouldn't hurt, either. This is just meant to be constructive criticism, not a bunch of negative comments on your work.
