Thirty days to bring this together and it still comes down to the wire on Madness Day. We've poured everything we got into this game so hopefully you enjoy it and it runs ok on your computer! If it runs slow, Q toggles the quality.

This game is a shot-by-shot playable remake of Krinkel's Madness Consternation! We took a few liberties but overall tried to match the progression pretty closely. Enjoy!!!

Also note the fun fan-art gallery, showcasing stuff from the Art Portal!

Sept 23 - Final boss bugs should be fixed! Clear your cache.

Sept 24 - Hank now spends less time on the ground, while enemies spend more and can be shot while on ground. Hopefully this feels a little better!

Sept 29 - Fixed doorway agent bug and added a SWAP button (D) to swap weapons when you already have one. Walking over a weapon you already have will increase your ammo!

Sept 30 - Added option for MOUSE AIMING! We hope this makes lots of people happy.

Oct 1 - Added Madness Mode, which you unlock by beating the game. It's HARDCORE!

Sorry I can't add a pause button. This game is in AS2 and built in a way that simply doesn't allow it. Flash has no native pause support.

i dont want to lose the game in 2020

The game is good but maybe if the controls responded on time i would rate higher

Everything good about Regent now with punching, new weapons and more challenge. The bits of humor are great, remaking one of the actual episodes in game form was a f*cking biblical idea. Game's almost better than Regent if not for a few problems- your movement gets locked a lot if you play with the WASD/mouse layout, Hank still falls a bit too slow to avoid Tricky's fist sometimes and Madness mode is only hard because the f*cking bullsh*t damage-sponge ATPs are constantly stuck all over you punching you, you're really best off avoiding them and baiting Tricky/Torture into killing them for their weapons. Also just a thought but I thought it'd have been funny to have had a medal for shooting Jebus during the credits since you're still able to move around.

A classic, thanks for this game I was introduced to Madness Combat years ago. I have gained all the achievements, and even defeated the game on Madness mode (appearently, I dont remember this).

While fun and enjoyable, I have only one complaint. Often I'd encounter lag, usually when fighting against a boss. While this could be the game itself, I am blaming Newgrounds flash launcher since perhaps the game wasnt built for that flash player or that its too new or something. I do remember encountering this back them, so it could be the games fault.

Another complaint could be length, although since this is a flash game this is no problem. This game follows the madness combat storyline great, so no complaints there. Overall a fun experience, despite the lag at times.
